1. Refund Policy: Once the amount is paid no refunds will be issued.

2. Our awards are judged by independent panels and paying the Entry Fee will have no impact on your entry being shortlisted for, or your winning of, an award category. We will notify you if you are shortlisted.

3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Entry submitted is complete and accurate.

4. All sections of the Entry form must be filled in. Please indicate N/A where appropriate.

5. Information provided for entries will be shared with the jury for evaluation.

6. Submitting an entry form does not guarantee nomination. Nominees will be shortlisted on the basis of Performance data as supplied in the entry form.

7. The parameters for evaluation are subject to revision by the internal and external juries and Awards Management and may from time to time revise or simplify the criteria for the Awards.

8. You may select their preferred award category; however, the judging panelists have the prerogative to place the nomination in the category that is of the best interest to you.

9. Entries with factually incorrect or misleading information may be deemed invalid.

10. Materials such as the company logo submitted may be used for the purposes of marketing and may be shared on our social media handles. The User shall ensure that it does not incorporate any third-party Intellectual Property Rights in the materials without obtaining appropriate licenses and/or registrations including the right to sub-license to the extent required to provide authority to use such materials to the Organizer. The User shall ensure that such materials should not in any way, whatsoever, infringe upon the Intellectual Property Rights of a third party.

11. The decision of the jury and Awards Management will be final and no appeal and/or correspondence will be entertained by the Organizer in this matter.

12. The Applicants must be involved in legitimate businesses.

13. The jury and Awards Management has the sole right to disqualify any entries if the same are not in order with the terms and conditions specified herein or any further applicable laws, regulations/ or any policies that may be specified by the jury, Awards Management, and the Organizer.

14. By participating in the awards nomination, it is deemed that the applicant has read all the terms and rules & regulations and has understood & accepted the same, which may be changed from time to time.

15. The selection process of the Award is not subject to review by any applicant company & no communication will be entertained by the Organization.

16. Participation in the awards does not necessitate the applicant to be a winner in the respective award category.

17. If IAMAI DNB Awards is rescheduled, changed, moved, or canceled due to the imposition of any Covid-19 Government regulation or restriction or any other force majeure event or for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, and other related goods, services or compensation.
